PLACING AN ORDER

We make ordering easy via our website. You can purchase single items, or fill out our Wholesale Purchasing Registration Form to receive quantity pricing. If you have a detailed, long, or confusing order to place, or if you just want to talk to a real live person to take your order, please call us at 206-855-0982 and we will be more than happy to walk you through your order or answer any questions. WHOLESALE PURCHASING

Please fill out our Wholesale Purchasing Registration Form to get access to very special pricing for quantity purchasing. You will need to create a username and password to access these special prices that are for your eyes only. Make sure you include your resale tax number. Our minimum purchase amount is 6 of one item, but the more you buy the better the deal!


SHIPPING

We add the cost of shipping to each order. We usually ship via USPS Ground, but we will ship your items in any manner you request. For our Wholesale customers, we are happy to bill the shipping directly to you through your preferred shipper’s website (please call 206-855-0982). Order ship dates are as noted at time of order.


PAYMENT


We are happy to accept most forms of payment from cash to credit card, checks to wire transfers. If you wish to pay in livestock, poultry, or gold bullion you must get approval from the accounting department prior to placing your order.


RETURNS

Here at Retro-E we want all of your experiences with us to be as positive as possible. EXCHANGES

We offer a unique opportunity for our retail partners to make sure they will sell what they buy. If you have products that are not selling, please contact Sarah Mortensen at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and she will work with you to exchange products to keep your stock fresh. You pay shipping both ways. The customers we have worked with on this program have all been very happy with it, and it has helped them sell more items. You must have an exchange authorization code from us before you send the items back. We have a maximum exchange of 18 items per customer per month unless otherwise arranged with Sarah Mortensen.

 

TERMS

All orders must be paid in full at time of order unless otherwise negotiated.
